A new face in the kitchen at Bonfire Grill at the Cove, is a face many in the Okanagan will find familiar. Chef Grant de Montreuil has been executive chef in kitchens throughout the valley. For the past few years he’s operated his own catering company, de Montreuil Catering, but prior to that, you would have seen him and tasted his food in the kitchens of Hanna’s Lounge and Grill, Summerhill Pyramid Winery and the beautiful Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa.
